J. Stokes builders have been accepted as a member of The Federation of Master Builders and are Master Bonded. This membership includes the Governments TrustMark and the vetting procedure ensures that we have the following:
- Full suite of NRWB warranty products for the domestic and commercial markets.
- Have signed the TrustMark license.
- Have an inspection on a job that is in progress.
- Verified no un-discharged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding CCJs.
- Have a minimum three year trading history and provide three years accounts.
- Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks.
- Six references have been provided for J Stokes Building Services, including one from a 'professional' or LABC.
- Public and employer liability insurance.
- VAT registration.
- Confirmation of business address/details.
- J Stokes Building Services is covered by the Dispute Resolution and Complaints Procedure.
As a local builder primarily servicing the areas of Urmston, Stretford, Sale, Timperley and Altrincham, I am an active Member of the FMB and often asked to provide information to the Federation on ways to improve the image of local Builders.
